Community Guidelines
Community Guidelines
At HHH, our core mission is to empower creators. We champion their freedom of expression, enabling them to share engaging and entertaining content through posts. To ensure a positive environment that respects our Terms of Service, and to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all our users, we’ve established these Community Guidelines, outlining expected conduct while using our platform.
While primarily intended for creators, these Community Guidelines also serve as a fundamental standard for moderators and chat participants. Breaching these guidelines inherently violates our Terms of Service, potentially leading to the posting of harmful content.
Our goal is to cultivate a space where everyone can interact with our platform in a way that aligns with their individual preferences. We encourage viewers to disengage from any content or interactions that do not resonate with their personal values.
1. Respect Others
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of differences in opinions, beliefs, or backgrounds.
- Avoid using language or sharing content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory.
2. Post Appropriate Content
- Share photos, videos, comments, stories, and reels that are appropriate for a diverse audience.
- Do not post content that is illegal, explicit, violent, or violates someone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
Sexual Conduct
We allow playful and mildly suggestive content as long as it stays within respectful and tasteful boundaries. Creators may feature content with sensual themes if it’s geared toward a suitable audience and avoids nudity, sexual behavior, or overtly provocative elements.
Content may need adjustments to remain within acceptable limits. Taking prompt action when requested can prevent further issues.
Content that features graphic sexual behavior, prolonged erotic movements, or the display of intimate body parts — such as exposed nipples or genitals — is not allowed. Care should be taken to position cameras appropriately and avoid focusing on private areas.
In body-art streams, the use of pasties is acceptable while artwork is being actively created.
Pornographic Content
Pornographic material is strictly prohibited. This includes the creation, sharing, or deliberate display of any form of explicit adult content. Creators must not offer incentives for sexual acts or engage in sexually explicit behavior. This includes provocative challenges, use of sex-related objects, continuous touching of intimate areas, highly explicit imagery, or graphic sexual representations.
Protection of Minors
HHH is firmly dedicated to safeguarding minors. Any content that risks the safety or exploits children is strictly forbidden. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Creators must ensure their content and interactions do not involve any form of child exploitation. This includes avoiding the creation, sharing, or distribution of inappropriate or illegal material, and refraining from any inappropriate behavior or discussions involving minors. Sharing or requesting personal or identifying information of minors is also strictly prohibited.
If a parent or legal guardian chooses to feature their child in a stream, it must be done under responsible supervision to ensure the child’s presence is safe, respectful, and appropriate.
Violations involving minors can lead to serious legal consequences. HHH will work with relevant authorities and regulators when required.
Hate-Speech
Our moderation approach is guided by the needs of our global audience and the regulatory standards we uphold. Most definitions of hate-speech involve planning, incitement and calls for action to commit violent acts which could lead to significant harm or loss of life and may target individuals or entire demographic groups.
Context is crucial in evaluating hate-speech. Words that may be acceptable in some situations can take on an entirely different meaning depending on the full context. Our aim is to take a considered approach to find balance between supporting free expression while ensuring we maintain a safe space for everyone.
We are a creator-led platform and value responsible freedom of expression. We consider the full context when assessing hate-speech reports including the intent, involvement, reaction and impact behind content. It is important to understand the broader and surrounding circumstances, especially in live streaming, as there are often unforeseen developments and real-time unpredictability.
We do not permit hate-speech against individuals or groups based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability or other demographic identifiers. This includes incitement of violence that could lead to physical harm or death. The intent behind provocative language is considered and it should never be to incite violence.
We encourage creators to foster discussion, expression and creativity while being mindful of how their content might affect others.
Violence
While violence may be contextual and there can be varying degrees of impact, we do not permit content that depicts or incites abhorrent violence including significant harm, suffering or death. We further do not allow malicious trolling, harassment or brigading.
Our moderation team carefully evaluates reports of violence by assessing the context including the intent, involvement, reaction and degree of severity. Actions that could be considered violent in certain circumstances may be acceptable with a different context, provided there is positive intent, all participants are willing and reasonable steps are taken to minimize harm and ensure safety. It’s crucial to ensure that any potentially violent content such as stunts are handled responsibly and with consideration.
Clear displays of unwanted aggression which lead to or are likely to lead to harm are not tolerated and harassment of others is not allowed.
Illegal hunting practices or content showing unnecessary harm to animals is not permitted; however, we do allow streaming of legal hunting and cultural context is considered when assessing reports of violence involving animals.
Terrorism
We do not permit any content which incites radicalization, terrorism and/or violent extremism.
Sharing or promoting content that promotes terrorist organizations or anything that encourages or incites violence based on extremist ideologies is not permitted. This includes offering guidance on how to commit extreme violence, terrorist organization recruitment material and propaganda. Violations will result in swift enforcement, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities and regulators to ensure safety and security for all.
Discussion of global topics and issues related to terrorism is allowed, but content must remain legal and appropriate.
Self-Harm
We do not permit content which involves displays of serious and significant self-harm, concerning discussions of self-harm by individuals or genuine encouragement of others to commit self-harm.
While open dialogue around mental health and well-being is allowed, actions that may cause harm to oneself or individuals in distress will not be tolerated.
Always be mindful of how your content may impact your audience, especially when discussing sensitive topics like mental health.
We do not permit any discussions that encourage self-harm or suicide, nor the sharing of graphic or triggering content related to self-harm. Do not discuss your own wishes or plans to commit self-harm. We further prohibit any form of solicitation for financial support or subscriptions by exploiting distressed conversations.
If you are personally contemplating self-harm, we strongly encourage you to contact a mental health professional, emergency medical facility or a helpline specializing in support.
Authenticity
We value diversity of thought and believe in open dialogue, but it is important to maintain integrity and authenticity when presenting yourself and the accuracy of the information you share.
We do not permit disinformation or sensationalized content with adverse intent that is presented in a serious manner for the purpose of widespread panic. It’s crucial to maintain accuracy and responsibility when sharing information. Do not use edited content that presents a false narrative, including deep fakes or AI-generated content designed to mislead or with harmful intent.
Blatantly sensationalized information presented as fact, especially with the aim of influencing or misleading others, is not permitted.
Doxxing
Do not share personal, identifiable or confidential information of others without their consent. This is strictly prohibited. We prioritize a community of respect, trust and safety and do not tolerate threats or actions involving the unwanted release of personal information.
This includes but is not limited to: addresses, bank details, family info, workplaces, medical records or other private info.
We do not permit swatting, which is the dangerous act of making false emergency calls to law enforcement, leading to potentially life-threatening situations.
These harmful activities may have legal consequences. In cases of illegal activities such as doxxing or swatting, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement to ensure safety and security for our community and the wider public.
Commentary of staff or other streamers is permitted, but revealing personal details in any form is strictly prohibited.
Botting
Do not bot or inflate metrics. Using bots or artificially inflating metrics is strictly prohibited. This includes view botting, follow-for-follow schemes, and subscriber fraud.
If you believe you are being viewbotted, contact support at [email protected].
Fraud and Deception
We do not permit fraud, impersonation, evasion, excessive or unwanted spamming and adverse solicitation.
Creators should respect intellectual property rights and avoid deceptive practices. Soliciting such as botting or graphic design services is prohibited.
Impersonation includes misrepresenting yourself as another person, entity or organization with the intent to deceive.
Evasion, including attempts to bypass restrictions or enforcement actions, is prohibited.
Spamming, such as excessive, irrelevant, or automated content intended to manipulate engagement or disrupt the platform, is not allowed.
Solicitation, including unauthorized promotions, advertisements or requests for money, goods or services, is not allowed.
We also do not tolerate DDOS attacks, which involve overwhelming a user’s online presence with excessive traffic.
Game Hacking
Using game hacks to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Do not offer hacking services. Hacking in multiplayer games is not allowed. This includes: wall hacks, aimbots, lag switches, macros, botting, boosting, win trading, ghosting, and scripting.
These actions are only permissible in Single Player, Solo, or Speed Running scenarios.
Lawfulness
Creators must be aware of the local laws regarding live streaming in their region. This includes rules around copyrighted material, privacy rights, illegal activity and public nuisance.
Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Protect yourself and your audience by staying within legal boundaries.
Repeated or severe offenses may result in suspension. We aim to create a safe space free of harmful or illegal content.
Gambling
Follow legal requirements regarding gambling in your location.
Streaming gambling using others’ funds is strictly prohibited. This includes sweepstakes, lotteries and sub-only or weighted giveaways.
Minors must not be involved in gambling.
Whether gambling games like poker or blackjack are allowed depends on the laws of your country.
Links
We do not permit links to any illegal websites.
Public behaviour
During streaming, follow local laws and regulations related to filming, trespassing, and public behavior. Avoid causing significant disruptions to public order and be considerate of others, especially those who may not be familiar with live streaming. Refrain from filming sensitive or confidential activities. Avoid any actions that could result in the unnecessary involvement of emergency services, including pranks that cause panic or disruption. Be aware of the people around you and refrain from filming individuals who clearly do not want to be included in your stream. Steer clear of pranks that involve harmful, discriminatory, or racist content. Always plan stunts, events, and pranks carefully and safely, and remember that the behavior of your community reflects on you. If your audience becomes disruptive or offensive, take responsibility and maintain a respectful environment.
Underage Individuals
It is important to understand that we do not permit any prolonged engagements with underage individuals who may be inadvertently encountered and we will take swift action following any discussion of a sexual nature. If you unexpectedly encounter a person who appears to be, or it would be reasonable to expect, is a minor, then you must immediately skip through to the next engagement. Be mindful of sharing personally identifiable information of others as this could contravene our Guidelines related to doxxing.

11. Live Streaming Considerations for Moderators
The inherent nature of live streaming makes it prone to unforeseen events. While predicting every possible scenario is impossible, several crucial elements can contribute to the emergence of problematic content.
Our moderation team employs a systematic approach to evaluate reported material, taking into account the complete context. This includes the creator’s reasonable expectations, their level of involvement and response, alongside the potential dangers and results of the live streams. Moderators carefully weigh these aspects to determine if a violation of our Terms of Service has occurred and the extent of that violation.
Full Context:
Situations are rarely identical, and context significantly shapes the perception of content. Scenarios deemed acceptable under certain circumstances may lead to different moderation decisions based on the overall context of the reported material. A creator’s positive or negative intentions, their minimal or significant involvement in an incident, their varied responses to issues, and the differing severity of those issues all play a role in content moderation. Creators should reflect on their past incidents, the general tone of their streams, and any external factors that might influence their content.
Intent:
Gauging a creator’s intent can be challenging. However, certain indicators can suggest whether streams are thoughtfully produced, aiming for entertainment, education, or constructive engagement, rather than focusing on sensationalism or exploitation. When assessing potential guideline violations, moderators consider if harmful situations could have been reasonably foreseen.
Involvement:
A streamer’s degree of involvement in harmful content can vary considerably, from simple oversight to direct participation in detrimental behaviour. For example, unintentionally allowing harmful content to be streamed due to a lack of adequate monitoring constitutes negligence. Conversely, actively participating in content that breaches these Guidelines is a more serious infraction.
Reaction:
During a live stream, real-time decisions can either contribute to or help mitigate problematic situations. Creators should make responsible choices in their immediate responses as events unfold. In high-risk scenarios, a swift reaction can be crucial in preventing a problem, containing an issue, or allowing it to escalate. Creators should maintain vigilance and consider their responses to unexpected circumstances. Quick actions, such as turning the camera away, muting inappropriate audio, or switching to a neutral visual, can help prevent or reduce the broadcasting of harmful material.
Outcome:
The consequences of actions and the resulting content are taken into account during assessment. Moderators evaluate what actually happened and was openly displayed for viewers when determining if a breach of these Guidelines has occurred. Creators bear responsibility for the content they produce, and repeated violations can result in increasingly severe penalties.
Moderators Summary:
Across all content categories, various levels of risk exist and should be considered. By understanding and accounting for low, moderate, and high-risk levels, creators can better ensure their content aligns with platform Guidelines. Proactive planning, thorough research, responsible decision-making, and timely reactions all contribute to the moderators’ evaluation of reported content. Our team will consider a wide array of influential factors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the full context.
12. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation
We are committed to protecting minors and strictly prohibit any content that involves or suggests child sexual exploitation or abuse. This includes any depiction, discussion, or media—whether real or fictional—relating to such activities. The sharing, creation, or solicitation of such material is strictly forbidden, and any violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities. To learn more about our stance and policies, visit our Child Exploitation and Abuse page.
13. How We Enforce Actions
The enforcement measures we take can differ depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. Our main objective is to collaborate with creators to address and resolve inappropriate behavior. We aim to encourage corrective action whenever possible, especially when creators show a genuine effort to improve.
However, there are certain behaviors for which we have a zero-tolerance policy, and we will not attempt to resolve these issues through collaboration in extreme cases.
Our enforcement measures may include issuing warnings through chat, email ([email protected]), or after a stream. To ensure safety, we might also impose changes such as muting, restricting access, content removal, temporary or permanent suspensions, or even a permanent ban for severe offenses.
The severity of the action may be influenced by the creator’s previous suspension history, including the frequency and type of prior violations.
14. Appeal Process
If your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service and you wish to request a review, you can submit an appeal to [email protected]. We will consider whether to reduce the length of your suspension or reactivate your account.
Consequences of Violating Guidelines
HHH reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeated offenses may result in permanent account termination.
By using HHH, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines. Let’s work together to build a welcoming and enjoyable space for everyone!
