Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse
HeyHelloHi does not tolerate any content that sexualizes or endangers children, whether real or fictional (e.g., anime, digital images, media, text, illustrations). This includes visual depictions, sharing third-party links, or discussions involving sexually explicit conduct related to children. It is strictly prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or encourage others to share child sexual abuse material (CSAM), even in the context of raising awareness or expressing outrage.
We understand that some members may want to share images of their children with others. However, all discussions involving children must remain appropriate, relevant, and in accordance with the law. Additionally, if you choose to include photos of children in your profile, they must be fully clothed and cannot appear alone in the image. This includes childhood photos as well.
HeyHelloHi does not allow profile photos that include images of babies, toddlers, or the genitalia or buttocks of children, even if covered or partially covered by emojis
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from HeyHelloHi and may be reported to the relevant authorities. In accordance with U.S. law, if we identify potential child sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse, we will report the matter to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which may in turn notify appropriate law enforcement agencies.
To understand more about our enforcement philosophy, refer to guidelines. If you believe we’ve made an error in handling your account or content, you can always contact us.
